These terms govern your use of Nothing Sport. By using the app, you agree to these terms. They are general boilerplate and may be refined as the service develops.
Using the service
You may use Nothing Sport for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person’s account, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use the service to harm others.
Accounts and pilot features
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for information submitted through your account. Some features may be limited to approved pilot members, changed, paused or withdrawn without notice.
Editorial and sporting information
Schedules, results, broadcasters, ticket availability and editorial context can change or contain errors. Nothing Sport is an information and curation service, not an official governing body, broadcaster, bookmaker or ticket seller. Check an official source before relying on time-sensitive information.
Contributions and chat
You retain responsibility for content you submit. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, privacy-invasive or rights-infringing content. We may moderate, restrict or remove content and access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
External services
Links to broadcasters, ticket sellers, social platforms and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their services, prices, availability and terms are outside Nothing Sport’s control.
Intellectual property
Nothing Sport’s original interface, copy and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party team, league, event and provider marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification.
Availability and liability
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
